A consultant’s expertise, turned into a content package
A fictional independent consultant has useful process lessons but struggles to turn them into a consistent set of posts and newsletter ideas.

A fictional example for planning.
This case explains a possible process. It is not a completed client engagement, testimonial or independently measured result. The artwork is illustrative.
What the workflow needs.
A verified lesson, audience definition, voice guidance, approved background and an evidence list. No client names or quantified achievements are supplied.
A clear handoff at each stage.
Brief
Choose one audience question and the decision the reader needs to make.
Prepare
Connect a positioning statement, three post outlines, newsletter outline and short bio.
Review
Check evidence, originality of each angle and consistency of voice.
Export
Retain the reviewed assets as one package.
What a useful result could contain.
Post 1: questions to ask before quoting. Post 2: why visible exclusions matter. Post 3: a scope-check checklist. Newsletter: a worked handoff example.
What we would check.
Time to reviewed content, amount of rewriting, assets actually used and willingness to repeat the process.
Agree the baseline and stop/go criteria before the trial. Include difficult, incomplete and out-of-scope examples. A fluent draft does not by itself establish commercial usefulness.
Keep expectations clear.
The current workspace prepares briefs and organises pasted drafts. Connected generation and account storage are pending.
Actual scope, handling arrangements, price and technical feasibility must be agreed separately. Private company information should not be entered into the public samples.
