How JustDigital handles your enquiry.

What we collect and why
When you submit the enquiry form, we store your name, email, optional phone and company, selected service, message, any preferred consultation date/timezone, consent timestamp, submission identifiers and the page/referral/campaign details supplied with the request. We use these details to review and respond to your request, arrange follow-up and prevent duplicate or abusive submissions. A preferred appointment time is a request, not a confirmed booking.
Where it is kept and who can see it
Enquiries are stored in JustDigital’s database hosted with Hostinger. The management area requires the authorised administrator account, its admin role and two-factor authentication. Hosting and email providers may process normal service logs and correspondence under their own terms. Do not submit passwords, identity documents or confidential customer, employee or company records.
Email and planning tools
At this initial launch, automatic enquiry emails are disabled. Your request is saved for administrator review; an instant email receipt is not promised. Responses may be sent manually using the contact details you provide. The new public planning tools run in your browser and do not automatically submit their input to JustDigital or an AI model. The existing account platform has separate features and its own privacy policy.
Review and your requests
The administrator will review enquiry records after 90 days and remove information no longer needed for follow-up. Ongoing discussions or records needed for a separate agreed engagement may be retained longer. This is a manual review process; automatic deletion is not enabled. You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing info@justdigital.io. We may need to verify that the request relates to you.
